What is the difference between individual process reports and the reports produced by the "Create Report" process?

Each LinkFixer Advanced process generates a set of four reports. These reports provide detailed information about the specific process that was just completed, including the particular group of files selected for that operation.
Individual Process Reports
- Generated automatically after each process
- Reflect only the files included in that specific run
- Provide detailed, process-specific results
"Create Report" Process
The Create Report function differs in that it generates reports based on the entire contents of the LinkFixer Advanced database, rather than a single process.
This means the report may include:
- Files and folders from multiple previous processes
- Aggregated data collected over time
The Create Report function supports three report formats:
Regular Report
Displays parent files and the child files referenced by links within each parent file
Cross Reference Report
Displays child files along with the parent files that link to them
Broken Links Report
Displays only broken links found within parent files in the database
Report Location
All LinkFixer Advanced reports are saved in the following location:
LinkFixer Advanced\Reports folder on your Windows Desktop
You can also access this folder by clicking the Open Folder button in the LinkFixer Advanced ribbon interface.
