What does the "Cure" process do?

The Cure process is a patented feature that automatically repairs broken links in parent files that were previously inoculated. If links break because files are moved or renamed, Cure can fix them in bulk — quickly and automatically.
How it works
- Detects broken links in parent files
- Matches LinkIDs: Each link in the parent file is compared against LinkIDs stored in candidate child files.
- Updates links automatically: Once a match is found, Cure updates the parent file, so the link points to the correct child file.
Why it matters
- Saves time by repairing broken links in batches
- Ensures file remain usable after migrations or renaming.
- Works only if files were previously inoculated (since LinkIDs are required for matching).
