You can use any migration tool that will not delete the FileID and LinkID written during the Inoculation process.

Once you are done with the Inoculation process, you could start migrating your files.
Note: Before migrating the production files, make sure a lot of testing has been done, per your migration scenario. Inoculate, Migrate, Cure and repeat using sample files located under C:\Users\Public\Desktop\LinkFixer Advanced\Sample Files\
