How to Ensure You Have the Most Recent Version of LinkFixer Advanced

LinkFixer Advanced includes an automatic update feature that checks whether a newer version of the software is available. If an update is found, the application can automatically download and install it.
By default, automatic update checking is enabled.
Configuring Automatic Update Checks
To adjust how frequently LinkFixer Advanced checks for updates:
- Open the Menu (☰).
- Select Settings → General.
- Locate the Number of days between software update checks field.
- Enter the number of days between update checks.
Update Check Behavior
- If the value is greater than 0, LinkFixer Advanced will check for updates based on the specified interval.
- If the value is set to 0, LinkFixer Advanced will check for updates every time the application starts.
Manually Checking for Updates
You can also manually check for updates at any time:
- Open the Menu (☰).
- Select Check for Updates.
LinkFixer Advanced will immediately check whether a newer version is available.
