Does LinkFixer Advanced Depend on Any Other Software to
Function?

LinkFixer Advanced requires several supporting components to
run properly. Most of these are installed automatically during setup, while
others may be required depending on the types of files you plan to process.
Microsoft .NET Framework
LinkFixer Advanced is a .NET application and requires Microsoft
.NET Framework 4.6.1 or later to run the application.
If the required version of .NET is not already installed on
the computer, it will be installed automatically during the LinkFixer Advanced
installation process.
Microsoft Access Database Engine
LinkFixer Advanced installs the Microsoft Access Database
Engine Redistributable, which is required for processing Microsoft Access files.
Database for Production Processing
For production environments, LinkFixer Advanced must connect
to a dedicated database hosted on Microsoft SQL Server while processing files
and links.
The application includes a SQLite database by default, but
this database is intended for testing and evaluation only and is not
recommended for production workloads.
Adobe InDesign
If you plan to process Adobe InDesign (.indd) files as
parent files, a licensed copy of Adobe InDesign must be installed on the same
computer running LinkFixer Advanced.
