Yes.

AutoCAD Civil 3D files use the same DWG file format as standard AutoCAD files. LinkFixer Advanced can process these files as either parent or child files without
requiring any special settings or additional actions.

Note that processing of AutoCAD and MicroStation files is included with the LinkFixer Advanced “Gold” license or can be purchased as individual file-type options.
