from Being Processed?

Yes. LinkFixer Advanced allows you to define custom
filtering rules to include or exclude specific files or links during
processing. A variety of filtering options are available to help you precisely
control what is processed.
File Filtering
You can limit processing to specific file types by using the
“Process files matching specific file extensions and wildcards” option.
This allows you to select which files should be processed based on their
extensions (for example: .docx, .xlsx, .pptx).
This is useful when you only need to process certain types
of documents rather than scanning every supported file type.
Link Filtering
You can also control which links are processed by selecting
the “Process links using expert filter rules” option. This allows you to
define advanced criteria to include or exclude links during processing.
Available Filtering Criteria
Using these custom filtering rules, you can include or
exclude files or links based on a variety of attributes, including:
- Drive
- Folder
- File
basename
- File
extension
- Last
modified date
- URL
scheme (for example, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP)
- Domain
name
These filters allow you to focus processing only on the
files and links that are relevant to your task.
Using an Exclusion List
You can also exclude specific files by creating an XLSX
or CSV exclusion list containing the file paths you want to skip during
processing.
These file paths can be obtained from the LinkFixer
Advanced CSV reports generated during previous scans.
Once added, the listed files will be excluded from
processing.
